Wine Pairing Dinner

Enjoy a delightful experience featuring four carefully crafted courses perfectly complemented by a glass of wine made locally from Worthington Winery. 

Dinner Menu & Pairing

1st Course:

Savor the fresh Frisee Salad, adorned with Candied Hazelnuts and Wine-Poached Peaches, all tied together with a sweet Maple Vinaigrette. This is paired with the fruity notes of a Chambourcin wine.

 

2nd Course:

Indulge in a succulent Lobster Tail, bathed in a Tarragon Saffron Butter and a Reduction of White Wine, perfectly complemented by the crisp Worthington white wine.

 

3rd Course:

Relish the Smoked Beef Short Ribs, served atop a bed of Fennel Sofrito Risotto with Roasted Carrots. The rich flavors are enhanced by a Red Wine Demi-Glace and a robust 2020 private stock wine.

 

4th Course:

Finish off with a decadent Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake, paired with a sinfully sweet Chocolate Raspberry dessert wine. A dessert to remember!
